Business Administration Apprentice
The role is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing administrative support across employee onboarding and offboarding, facilities, training, events, travel documentation and general office operations.
Role
- Manage the full staff onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all relevant arrangements, documentation and systems are completed efficiently and on time
- Coordinate the ordering and setup of new starter accounts, equipment, access permissions and other IT requirements
- Prepare and issue welcome emails, onboarding information and starter packs to new employees
- Coordinate initial inductions and site tours, ensuring new starters understand the office, facilities, key procedures and who to contact for support
- Maintain the holiday tracker, keeping records accurate and supporting the wider team with holiday administration
- Coordinate training administration, including bookings, attendance records, certificates and training documentation
- Support the organisation of meetings and company events
Training
- One day study per week.
