We need a highly independent Technical Program Manager to own ML research project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ML research projects as the sole PM from conception to delivery
• Manage research timelines and deliverables across computational drug discovery initiatives
• Work directly with ML researchers, understanding their workflows and thinking patterns
• Navigate compute requirements and optimization for complex research workloads
• Operate in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment with minimal oversight
• Plan projects on 3-6 month cycles with long-term research goals

Essential Requirements

• Biology/life sciences background (undergraduate minimum)
• ML research project management experience - not just operational support
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ML research projects as sole PM
• Direct experience working with ML research teams and managing their unique workflows
• Comfort with ambiguous environments and rapid iteration vs rigid corporate processes
