We're looking for a Head of Product who will own the vision, strategy, and the operational execution of the Product team. You'll ensure the product direction is clear, aligned to our group product strategy, and delivering measurable impact for our customers and business.
You'll be joining a passionate, collaborative Product team that drives innovation across our travel extras platform, helping millions of travellers every year to have the best possible start and end to their holidays.
The Role
By joining our team you'll:
- Define and own the product vision and strategy, setting a clear long-term direction aligned with our company goals
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Area Product Owners, coaching and supporting them to deliver excellence in product management
- Own the highest-level backlog, making the final prioritisation and trade-off decisions across multiple requirement areas
- Set, track and communicate product KPIs, ensuring clarity on what success looks like and accountability for achieving it together
- Partner closely with the Product Director and Executive team, connecting product strategy to overall business outcomes
- Represent Holiday Extras externally, engaging with key customers, strategic partners and industry stakeholders
- Be accountable for product growth and KPIs, ensuring our products continually evolve to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional business results
- Shape and scale product leadership at Holiday Extras, influencing not only what we build, but how we build it
- Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment where autonomy, experimentation and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do
What you can bring to our team:
- Significant experience in product management, with proven success leading at scale
- Demonstrated experience owning strategy and outcomes for complex products spanning multiple teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing senior product leaders
- A track record of defining and measuring success through actionable, data-driven KPIs that connect customer value to business growth
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and technical enablers
- Excellent at building relationships and managing stakeholders at executive and external partner levels
- Skilled in portfolio and product alignment, connecting strategy to business outcomes
- Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with short-term operational delivery
- Deep expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, and scaling practices
- Experience building scalable processes, platforms and teams for business growth
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, supporting your team through it, and ensuring delivery momentum
