Now we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our Replenishment product area, the engine that keeps our shelves stocked and our customers happy.

Why this role matters

You'll be the face of ‘Replen' working with engineers, data experts, and supply chain pros to design, build and improve the technology that moves products into and around our network. You'll help us shift to a ‘manage by exception' mindset where automation, intelligence, and adaptability lead the way.This is a remote-first role, but we offer flexible hybrid options and welcome visits to our tech hubs whenever you want to collaborate in person.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the replenishment systems that plan and create stock movements across our network
• Champion automation-first, flexible solutions to support current & future supply chain strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to shape and deliver the product roadmap
• Continuously improve store & non-store replenishment
• Work horizontally across Supply Chain squads to deliver an end-to-end replenishment system
• Turn business problems into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams

The Person

We're looking for a product manager who's excited by the challenge of building smart, scalable supply chain technology. You'll be comfortable working across teams, translating complex business problems into simple, effective solutions, and you'll bring the curiosity and drive to keep improving how we work. Clear communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset will help you thrive in this role.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven product management experience in technology (retail or supply chain a strong bonus)

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools

• An agile mindset with a passion for learning, iteration, and continuous improvement
