Business Continuity Analyst (Embedded)
About Holtium
Holtium is a security governance and risk analytics firm. We help organizations assess, manage, and reduce security and operational risk through quantitative, data-driven methodologies that turn resilience from a cost center into a measurable business driver.
Our embedded program places trained, tech-forward analysts inside organizations, equipped with Holtium's methodologies, frameworks, and productivity tooling so they can scale and optimize a program rather than just maintain it.
Every embed is supported and enabled by Holtium. You are never alone on an island.
The Role
Holtium is hiring three Business Continuity Analysts to embed within a Fortune 100 client's corporate Business Continuity program. The three seats sit across distinct portfolios (Americas, EMEA, and global standards & policy governance) and support hundreds of internal customers across business lines including corporate functions.
You will execute the client's BC strategy on the ground: building plans with business owners, running exercises, surfacing risks, and turning data into decisions. You will arrive trained on Holtium's BC methodologies and equipped with our productivity stack, so the program gets more done per week than a typical embed could deliver.
What You Will Do
- Execute the client's business continuity strategy as set by their Head of Corporate BC and Regional BC Managers.
- Partner with regional business teams to conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments, identifying critical services, defining recovery objectives, and mapping critical dependencies.
- Document BC plans in the client's continuity tooling to drive consistency, completeness, and attestation across the portfolio.
- Coordinate recovery strategies with Global Real Estate & Facilities and other enabling functions.
- Facilitate exercises and tabletop tests; identify gaps in plans and in the work-transference processes that support recovery.
- Work with large datasets and translate them into reports and dashboards that leadership can act on.
- Support the launch and ongoing operation of BC tooling and training programs across the client's footprint.
- Act as the connective tissue between Facilities, IT, Security, Crisis Management, and the business, integrating seamlessly into the disaster response cycle.
- Apply Holtium's methodologies, frameworks, and productivity tooling to scale coverage across the client's portfolio: automating where it makes sense, standardizing where consistency matters, and freeing time for higher-judgment work.

- Hands-on experience with commercial business continuity tools (e.g., Fusion, Castellan, Archer, Riskonnect, ServiceNow BCM).
