Our client is looking for a Global Head of Pricing & Strategic Relationship Account Management based in London.

We’re seeking a senior leader to define and drive our clients' global pricing strategy while building a best-in-class Strategic Relationship Account Management (SRA) programme. This high-impact role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and will partner closely with Sales, Finance and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and evolve global pricing strategy
  • Build pricing frameworks, governance and performance KPIs
  • Analyse market trends and guide data-driven pricing decisions
  • Develop and roll out a global SRA programme and account planning tools
  • Drive executive sponsorship and enhance long-term client value

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in pricing strategy and leadership
  • Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making approach
  • Experience across financial services & global markets; KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)/KaaS experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
