Our client is looking for a Global Head of Pricing & Strategic Relationship Account Management based in London.
We’re seeking a senior leader to define and drive our clients' global pricing strategy while building a best-in-class Strategic Relationship Account Management (SRA) programme. This high-impact role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution and will partner closely with Sales, Finance and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve global pricing strategy
- Build pricing frameworks, governance and performance KPIs
- Analyse market trends and guide data-driven pricing decisions
- Develop and roll out a global SRA programme and account planning tools
- Drive executive sponsorship and enhance long-term client value
What You Bring
- Proven experience in pricing strategy and leadership
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making approach
- Experience across financial services & global markets; KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)/KaaS experience a plus
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
