We’re hiring a Test Lead Analyst to own our testing strategy and lead a multi-discipline test team across our digital products, internal case management platforms, and our cutting-edge AI initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing test function, elevate process maturity, and embed automation and quality engineering practices that measurably improve time-to-market, reliability, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

As a Test Lead Analyst, you will:

  • Define and own the testing strategy, standards and roadmap across our digital delivery teams, ensure traceability from requirements to defects.
  • Drive effective defect triage, root-cause analysis, and prevention with engineering teams.
  • Deliver faster, safer releases with robust automation and reliable pipelines.
  • Build and line-manage the test function; mentor testers/SDETs and grow capabilities.
  • Drive automation adoption and increase maturity though quality gates in CI/CD.
  • Own test environments and data strategy to enable fast, reliable testing at scale. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, test data, and environment scheduling for parallel initiatives
  • Champion shift-left/shift-right, observability and risk-based release decisions.
  • Oversee UAT, regression and sign-off on release quality, with clear quality metrics and executive reporting; confident go/no-go decisions.
  • Collaborate with information security teams to support non-functional testing (performance & security) and compliance.

What You'll Need:

  • Leadership of multi-team testing functions, including line management and hiring.
  • Expert knowledge of testing processes and modern quality engineering practices.
  • Comfortable reporting and interacting with senior stakeholders, act as the quality authority and provide clear risk/quality narratives.
  • Strong automation background and CI/CD integration experience.
  • Experience across web, APIs, data platforms and AI/ML products.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and crisp, risk-based communication.
  • ISTQB Advanced (or equivalent) desirable; Agile delivery experience essential (SAFe preferred).
