About the team

Horwich Farrelly (HF) is driving innovation in claims management through advanced data insights and predictive analytics. The Predictive Analytics and Data Insights team plays a key role in HF’s transformation strategy, working collaboratively with legal experts, data scientists, and technology partners to deliver measurable improvements in client outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of predictive analytics projects, from planning through execution and post-implementation review.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in alignment with HF’s innovation strategy.
  • Implement robust project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and compliance with HF standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure projects deliver measurable improvements in claims performance and client outcomes.
  • Support integration of predictive models into claims handling processes.
  • Champion adoption of data-driven tools and workflows across the business.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in project management within data analytics, technology, or transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of predictive analytics concepts and their application in business processes (insurance sector experience desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
