The role

We are looking for a Test Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ELI and other innovative solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and report on testing activities across multiple projects.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Test Analyst you will:

  • Collaborate with development and project teams to define testing needs and ensure requirements are documented clearly.
  • Plan and execute test phases, including writing test plans, creating and running test scripts, and performing manual and automated tests.
  • Conduct functional, regression, usability, performance, and stress testing.
  • Perform automated API testing and work with automation frameworks for front-end and back-end.
  • Provide clear, objective feedback and communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing large-scale initiatives with smaller BAU changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

What we’re looking for:

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of automation test frameworks (front-end and back-end).
  • Experience with automated API testing (e.g., Karate, Postman).
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks.
  • Working experience in Exploratory Testing
  • Knowledge and Experience in Smoke and Regression Testing
  • Working knowledge of test management tools and DevOps.
  • Knowledge of a programming language such as C# or Java.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence solutions.
  • Exposure to Azure services and cloud-based testing environments.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills – able to explain testing outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
