Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a new Senior Product Manager (Payments).

How Ya Doing is working with a scaling business that excels in providing critical B2B payment infrastructure that automates complex ERP integrations and virtual card workflows for enterprise clients. Driven by growth, How Ya Doing has the mandate to find a commercially minded Senior Product Manager who will bring structure to their ambitions, translating high-level strategy into a disciplined, high-quality product roadmap.

This isn't just about managing a backlog; it’s about owning the lifecycle of complex payment tools in a security-conscious environment. You will work directly with the Head of Product, gaining high-level exposure across technical, operational, and commercial functions.

Your Mission

• Drive the Roadmap: Collaborate on strategic priorities and own the execution of structured epics and delivery plans.
• Champion Agile Excellence: Take full ownership of Jira governance, sprint planning, and the creation of high-quality user stories.
• Innovate with AI: Identify and implement practical AI applications to streamline product workflows and operational efficiency within compliance guardrails.
• Deliver Insight: Use data and customer feedback loops to validate hypotheses, monitor performance, and shape future prioritisation.
• Maintain the Standard: Ensure our product catalog, pricing references, and release documentation meet the professional standards our enterprise clients expect.

What You Bring

• The Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner, ideally within fintech, payments, or a similarly regulated environment.
• The Technical Edge: Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and an understanding of payment flows or transaction processing.
• The AI Mindset: You don’t just use AI for search; you have practical experience using it to accelerate workflows like insight synthesis or process automation.
• The Soft Skills: You are a proactive problem-solver and a confident communicator who isn't afraid of a constructive challenge.
