Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line and advanced technical support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and all associated business critical applications including issue diagnosis, resolution, and escalation where necessary
- Monitor and administer ITSM
- Perform light-touch configuration and customisation within Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and system integration using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform tools
- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and user experience
- Contribute to the ongoing design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications
- Maintain network infrastructure, including understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network topology for effective troubleshooting and integration planning
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM), including policy deployment, device enrolment, and compliance monitoring
- Administer and configure user provisioning via Entra Directory Services
Experience:
- Demonstrated Microsoft Dynamics experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in maintaining the Microsoft 365 admin centre and associated security policies
- Knowledge and proven experience in web design through the Microsoft SharePoint Platform
- Experience with integration and application programming interfaces (APIs)
- Experience in networking & firewall administration and configuration. Qualifications:
- Microsoft certified Power app/365 developer - Desirable but not essential subject to proven experience, open to training and development opportunities in this area
