Role Overview
This hybrid role blends strategic account management with proactive sales responsibilities. We’re seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager who excels in nurturing clients, ensuring retention, and identifying growth opportunities, while also demonstrating confidence in generating new business.
The ideal candidate will build strong client connections, deliver exceptional service, strategically upsell across portfolios, and actively contribute to new business acquisition. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in both account stewardship and sales execution.
Account Management & Client Success
- Maintain and grow client relationships to secure contract renewals and long‐term partnerships. Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting to drive account growth, and confident on the phone when engaging new and existing clients.
- Strengthen client engagement through active communication, trust-building, and outstanding service.
- Manage inquiries, address client needs promptly, and ensure high satisfaction across all accounts.
- Visit clients on-site as required, nurturing stronger relationships and understanding site-level needs.
- Communicate site changes to internal teams (Operations, Driver Support) and support implementation activities.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell opportunities across client portfolios to maximise revenue and value.
- Confidently recommend additional products or services aligned with client needs.
- Request referrals, introductions, and leverage client networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Commercial teams to support lead generation and proposal development.
- Contribute to building and managing a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Support proposal writing, value propositions, and pitch preparation as part of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand, maintain and grow client relationships to ensure contract renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen client engagement by building trust and providing exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling across clients' portfolios to maximise value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive new business opportunities and enhance overall growth.
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Visit clients on-site as and when needed.
- Communicate any site changes to internal teams such as Operations and Driver Support.
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven ability to engage clients strategically, identify opportunities, and drive retention.
- Experience within a sales-driven environment, including upselling or closing deals.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple relationships.
- Ability to analyse account performance, identify trends, and act on insights.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data accuracy, and maintaining quality pipelines
Preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas, winning renewals, or driving revenue.
- Experience in tech, parking, mobility, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
- Comfortable asking for referrals and building extended networks.
