The Opportunity

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for big projects and RPO's we are currently working on for some of the most innovative companies in GTM, Cyber Security and AI.

Working closely with experienced consultants and search partners, you'll focus on candidate generation, market mapping, executive headhunting, and managing recruitment processes across a range of senior and strategic appointments.

This is an ideal opportunity for recruiters who love the candidate side of the business and want to become true market specialists within a high-growth sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre talent across GTM, Cyber Security and AI markets.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence projects across global regions.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks through proactive headhunting and relationship management.
• Manage candidate processes from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner closely with consultants and clients to understand hiring requirements and talent strategies.
• Develop expertise within specific cyber security and technology verticals.
• Utilise modern sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market insights to identify hard-to-reach talent.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years experience in agency recruitment, Internal Talent Partner, or delivery-focused recruitment. (could be 360 consultant looking to move away from business development)
• Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working on permanent or contract recruitment assignments.
• A proactive and resilient approach with a genuine passion for finding and engaging talent.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ambition to learn, develop, and progress within a high-growth recruitment business.
• Experience within technology, SaaS, cyber security, AI or GTM recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
