We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our market presence, build strong industry relationships, and drive revenue growth.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — working closely with product and technical teams to deliver real value to travel businesses.

What you'll do
- Identify and engage travel agencies, wholesalers, and industry partners
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast revenue
- Deliver sales presentations and collaborate with technical teams on demos
- Lead commercial negotiations and close deals
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide market insights to support product and growth strategy
What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or travel industry sales
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate technical solutions and business value
- Self-starter mindset with strong commercial drive
- Experience in travel tech, hospitality, or distribution platforms (a plus)
