Hudson & Hayes is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong technical leadership potential to join our growing engineering team.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to remain deeply hands-on in development while also taking increasing ownership of engineering direction, team leadership, and platform design as the company scales.
You will build production AI-enabled applications across a modern Azure-based stack while helping shape how we design, build, and deliver software across the business. Over time, this role will play a key part in establishing engineering standards, developing delivery playbooks, and supporting the growth of our engineering capability.
We are looking for someone who combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with leadership ambition — someone comfortable writing production code, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and helping evolve our engineering practice as we scale.
The successful candidate will:
- Remain hands-on across frontend and backend development, delivering production-grade applications
- Help guide architectural decisions and engineering standards
- Mentor and support other engineers within delivery teams
- Contribute to AI-enabled product development and experimentation
- Help define engineering playbooks, patterns, and best practices
- Work closely with leadership to scale the engineering function
This role offers a clear progression path toward Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Head of Engineering as Hudson & Hayes continues to expand its AI and automation delivery capability.
