- Implement prompt design, orchestration, and guardrails appropriate for regulated environments
- Support secure data access patterns, including role-based access and auditability
- Work closely with BAs, PMs, and client stakeholders to refine requirements and workflows
- Contribute to testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Support documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer

- Power Apps (Canvas / Model-driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
- Dataverse
- Experience delivering solutions in UK public sector or regulated environments
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance considerations
- Comfortable working in discovery-led, agile delivery settings
Desirable:
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, or case management systems
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, connectors, or API integrations
- Experience designing AI solutions with human-in-the-loop controls
- Exposure to law enforcement, justice, or central government contexts
Ways of Working
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
- Comfortable working under security and governance constraints
- Able to challenge requirements constructively and flag risks early
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Why This Role
- Opportunity to work on real AI agent deployments, not slideware
- High-impact use cases within a national law enforcement context
- Close collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery leads
- Strong likelihood of extension as AI capability scales
