ED Navigator Administrator

Job summary

The ED Navigator Administrator will actively lead the administration of the ED Navigator programme to manage the administrative processes associated with victims attending the Emergency Department due to a violent incident. The Administrator will ensure a smooth and efficient service across the multiagency services, to deliver a high-quality administration service, robust data collection and onward support for our patients and colleagues

There is opportunity to work at either HUTH or NLaG and will be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job

The main duties for the ED Navigator Administrator will be to support the ED Navigators and wider violence prevention partnership programme with the administration of data across multiple digital platforms. This will include improving digital pathways and data capture, recognising themes and trends of violence and maintaining robust, confidential victim support records.

The ED Navigator Administrator will establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple services including safeguarding adults and children team, emergency department colleagues and across the external multiagency Violence Prevention Partnership..
