The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join them on a 3 to 6 month contract, supporting a busy and varied project pipeline. This role is well suited to a junior to mid-level engineer who is confident using CAD tools and eager to develop practical, real-world experience.

About You

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor or similar
• Has a solid grounding in mechanical design or engineering principles
• Enjoys problem solving and improving technical solutions
• Is keen to build hands-on experience across design, modelling and documentation
• Brings curiosity, adaptability and a proactive mindset
• May have gained experience through university, internships or early career roles
