About You

You may currently be a Team Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or an experienced developer ready to take the next step.

• Commercial software development experience using technologies such as C#, .NET, and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience building web applications, APIs, and scalable software solutions.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or modern frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.
• Familiarity with source control, testing practices, and modern development workflows.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading other software engineers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping teams succeed.
