3-Month Contract | Hybrid Working | Competitive Day Rate
The Opportunity
Our client is undertaking a significant HR systems transformation programme and is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Lead to join the project team on an initial three-month contract.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation, leading all testing activities and ensuring a high-quality solution is delivered to stakeholders across the business.
Working closely with project leaders, business teams, and implementation partners, you will drive testing strategy, execution, defect management, and reporting throughout the programme lifecycle.

- Lead end-to-end testing across a major HR systems implementation.
- Develop detailed test scripts aligned to business processes and requirements.
- Define and manage test data requirements for multiple testing cycles.
- Configure and administer Azure DevOps (or equivalent test management tools) to support planning, execution, and reporting.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other project testing phases.
- Facilitate testing workshops, kick-off sessions, and daily triage meetings.
- Work collaboratively with implementation partners to manage defects through resolution and retesting.
- Provide meaningful progress updates, risk assessments, and readiness reports to project stakeholders.
- Influence project success by ensuring robust quality assurance processes are embedded throughout delivery.
About You
You will likely bring experience in:
- Leading testing activities within SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes.
- Managing test governance using Azure DevOps or similar testing platforms.
- Working across complex HR technology projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Understanding SAP SuccessFactors functionality, integrations, and testing best practices.
- Translating technical concepts into clear communication for business and project teams.
- Managing competing priorities within fast-paced project environments.
We'd Particularly Like To Hear From You If You Have:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Experience across core SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
