Our client is looking for a collaborative and organised Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of a modular, browser-based tool. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently translate technical concepts into actionable plans, gather input from multiple teams and ensure that priorities stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll play a key part in shaping how teams communicate, decisions are made and user needs are captured, clarified and built into powerful, real-world features.

  • Comfortable reading and discussing front-end technologies and APIs (JavaScript knowledge not required but helpful)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in cross-functional teams
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting technical documentation
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion or similar
  • An understanding of modular or component-based software projects
  • An interest in projects that blend open-source, custom development and AI-enhanced workflows
