This IT consultancy has built a strong reputation for helping clients transform processes and redesign the way their businesses actually work. They’re based in London with a global reach and client base.

Following a recent promotion the Business Process Transformation (BPT) team needs someone to help shape a growing department. You’ll be reviewing processes that are not working and recommending improvements whilst leading a small but talented team and partnering with clients to solve meaningful business problems

As BPT Manager you will lead process improvement and transformation initiatives for clients. This will include partnering with senior leaders to prioritise what really matters then running deep process assessments that are backed by methodology, data and clear KPI’s. Once the assessment is complete you will present recommendations to the clients that help implement a smarter way of working. You will set the standards for your team and support their development through coaching and mentoring whilst supporting the departments wider leadership team on improving how they work

To be a successful Business Process Transformation Manager you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar Process Improvement / Transformation role delivering IT projects
• Consultancy experience and experience coming up with solutions that fix clients process problems
• Solid understanding of process improvement and change management methodologies and the communication skills to engagingly translate this in plain terms to the client using clear data
• A proven track record in leading, developing and motivating a successful team
