An Elite Investment Firm is looking for a highly talented AI Governance Specialist to join a cutting-edge Capital Markets technology function focused on Responsible AI, data governance, and AI readiness.

This team has significant investment and backing from senior leadership, operates in a fast-paced front-office environment, and is made up of exceptional technologists and business stakeholders driving AI adoption across the firm.

Role:

  • Working closely with Front Office, Technology, and Data teams to implement AI Governance frameworks across Capital Markets
  • Supporting the governance of AI/ML solutions across the full lifecycle including development, validation, deployment, and monitoring
  • Driving Responsible AI initiatives focused on explainability, fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance
  • Leading AI readiness initiatives across key Capital Markets datasets including data quality, lineage, and accessibility
  • Maintaining AI solution inventories, governance controls, and operational processes aligned with evolving regulations
  • Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to shape AI strategy and governance best practices
  • Working with modern data and AI tooling including Databricks, Python, and enterprise data platforms

Skills:

  • Strong experience within Capital Markets environments (Desirable)
  • Good understanding of AI/ML lifecycle governance and Responsible AI principles
  • Experience working with data governance, metadata, lineage, or data quality initiatives
  • Exposure to AI/ML tooling and platforms such as Databricks and Python
  • Knowledge of model governance, validation, monitoring, or regulatory frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and analytical tooling
  • Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, front-office-facing environments
