📍 Location: London (Hybrid / Remote)

A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer / Lead to support and enhance critical IT infrastructure within a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.

You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and improving workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room systems, while diagnosing and resolving technical issues across the business.

🔧 Key responsibilities:

• Support and maintain end-user and infrastructure systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a trading environment

• Improve workflows through automation and tooling

• Lead and mentor a small support team

• Collaborate across engineering and business functions

What they’re looking for:

💻 2+ years’ experience in Systems Engineering / Systems Administration

🖥️ Strong Windows 10 support & configuration experience

⚙️ Automation experience to improve workflows

✨ PowerShell & Python scripting skills

🎓 Bachelor’s degree
