Role Overview

As an IDM Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This is a highly technical role requiring strong development skills, particularly in C#, alongside a solid understanding of identity life cycle management, authentication, authorisation, and access provisioning across enterprise environments.
Experience with One Identity Manager is required, as this will be a key platform in the IAM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support custom IAM/IDM solutions tailored to the organisation's security and compliance requirements.
• Automate identity life cycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, etc.).
• Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
• Implement access controls and policies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing IAM systems and frameworks such as One Identity Manager.

Key Requirements

• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Management (IDM) concepts and technologies.
• Experience with One Identity Manager is required.
• Understanding of secure coding principles and security best practices.
• Experience working in a financial services or regulated environment is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
