ION Support Engineer - Investment Fund - London - Up to £550 p/d - Contract

Title: ION Support Engineer Contract
Client: Investment Fund
Salary: up to £550 p/d
Location: London

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and NA to deliver trading solutions, implement system changes, and drive process improvements.
• Provide L3 ION/e-trading support for Fixed Income desks, including trade execution, downstream flows
• Configure and maintain production and DR environments to ensure system reliability and readiness.
• Support add-on functionality and end-to-end trade processes, optimising system performance and user experience.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

• ION components: Platform/SysAdmin, MMI, PXE/ADS, REFDATA, Connectivity, D2C/D2D Markets, Ticketing, Position & Risk, Trading Tools
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products, bond pricing, hedging, and market connectivity
• Linux platform experience, knowledge of SQL, TCL, and batch/Shell Scripting
