📍 Location: London (Hybrid / Remote)

A leading quantitative trading firm is hiring a Trade Application Support Engineer to ensure their global trading platforms run smoothly and reliably. You’ll support end-to-end trade lifecycle operations from pre-trade checks through to post-trade processing monitoring systems & resolve incidents quickly.

You’ll also work closely with infrastructure teams to improve automation, stability, and operational efficiency.

🔧 Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and support live trading and transaction systems

• Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and production issues

• Manage scheduled changes and automated processes

• Collaborate with infra teams to drive automation and improvements

• Support continuous platform stability and performance

What they’re looking for:

✔️ 2+ years’ experience in application / production / front-office support

✔️ Strong Python and/or Bash scripting skills

✔️ Solid SQL / relational database experience (Postgres or similar)

✔️ Strong Linux knowledge

✔️ Passion for technology and problem-solving
