The Role :
The firm is looking to hire an experienced C++ Engineer to join its core engineering group, focused on developing and enhancing the exchange’s mission-critical trading systems.
In this role, you’ll work across a wide spectrum of high-impact areas within the core exchange platform, including market data dissemination, order management systems, matching engine optimisation, and overall platform scalability.
The position offers true end-to-end ownership, spanning system design and architecture through to hands-on development and performance tuning. Engineers are empowered to question existing approaches, introduce new ideas, and help shape the future direction of the platform.
You’ll collaborate with a team of highly accomplished engineers, with deep expertise in low-latency architecture, high-performance computing, and distributed trading systems.
You Will Have:
- 5+ years of experience with modern C++ (C++17/20 or later)
- Experience building high-performance, real-time, or low-latency distributed systems
- Background in FX, crypto, or electronic trading environments (exchange, market-making, HFT, or quant/prop trading highly valued)
- Strong understanding of concurrency, network programming, and high-level systems design
- Some leadership experience—mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
- A curious, performance-obsessed, and tech-driven personality
