Senior Customer Analytics and Insight Manager

My leading FinTech client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead the transformation of their contact centre into an AI powered customer insight and operational excellence function. You'll be responsible for rolling out and optimising Agentic AI capabilities across a 500+s seat contact centre to improve customer experience, automation, operational efficient, insight generation, and cost reduction.

The following skills/experience is essential:

  • Previous experience in Customer Analytics, Contact Centre Insight, or Operational Transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI, CRM, Data, QA, BOT, and Contact Centre technologies.
  • Experience across Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
