Your job? Lead the migration of customer identity and authentication services onto a modern CIAM platform powered by Ping Identity / ForgeRock — delivered with the support of a top-tier Systems Integrator.

It’s time-critical.

It’s high-visibility.

And it needs someone who’s done this before.

What You’ll Be Owning :

• End-to-end delivery of a full CIAM migration programme
• Consolidation of two legacy IAM stacks into one strategic platform
• Migration of authentication journeys, MFA, policies, and credentials
• Planning and executing phased cutovers with minimal customer impact
• Managing SI delivery, internal engineering, security, and compliance teams
• Clear, no-fluff reporting to senior stakeholders

What You’ll Need :

• Proven experience delivering CIAM / IAM migration programmes
• Deep familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock environments
• Strong understanding of:
• OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
• MFA and adaptive authentication
• Identity & credential migration strategies
• Experience within UK regulated financial services
• Confidence managing SI-led delivery models

Bonus Points For :

• CIAM deployments running on Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or on-prem)
• Parallel-run and phased migration experience
• Exposure to digital banking, payments, or high-scale B2C platforms
