Trading Application/Production Support Engineer - Linux/SQL/Python/FIX - Elite hedge fund client

An elite technology-driven hedge fund is now seeking a Trading application and production engineer to join it's growing dynamic team in London, with an excellent work environment and culture.

Our client is a global firm with a reputation for utilising technology engineering to help shape it's financial strategy, putting a huge emphasis on investing in it's technical people. They seek an engineer with 2-3 years minimum experience in trade floor environment technology to help with production support, and project work. Any further experience in full lifecycle software engineering is of interest, from development, test/QA, project management and application support.

Key skills needed, ideally:

• Linux scripting
• SQL
• Python
• FIX

Full production lifecycle - development, test/QA using Jira/Gitlab, project work and support
