About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Cyber Security Sales / Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 existing customer accounts, while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the cyber security landscape and thrives on building long-term client relationships while delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of ~100 existing customer accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the account base
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level, IT, and security stakeholders
- Present and position cyber security solutions tailored to client risk and compliance needs
- Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver customer solutions
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast within CRM
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Stay informed on evolving cyber threats, compliance requirements, and security technologies
Requirements
- 2–7+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in cyber security, IT security, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record managing large account portfolios and generating new revenue
- Strong understanding of cyber security solutions such as:
- Endpoint Security
- Network Security
- Managed Security Services
- Identity & Access Management
- Cloud Security
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise organisations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and strong account management capability
