Business Development Manager – CRM Solutions (UK Remote)

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions built around HubSpot.

The Role

You’ll be:

  • Driving new business acquisition (70% self-generated pipeline)
  • Managing inbound opportunities (30% HubSpot-generated leads)
  • Selling consultative CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions
  • Engaging senior stakeholders (Director to C-suite)
  • Running full sales cycles from discovery through to close

What You’ll Be Selling

  • CRM implementation and optimisation
  • Marketing automation solutions
  • Sales enablement platforms
  • Consultancy-led digital transformation projects

Deal sizes typically range from £8k to £120k, with scope for significantly larger enterprise engagements.

Your Market

You’ll target upper mid-market and lower enterprise organisations (up to ~5,000 employees), across sectors such as:

  • Tech & SaaS
  • Manufacturing & Engineering
  • Logistics
  • Financial Services
  • Events (and more)

What Success Looks Like

  • £1M annual revenue target
  • ~200 weekly touchpoints (calls, emails, outreach)
  • Strong pipeline management using MEDDPICC methodology
