We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions built around HubSpot.
The Role
You’ll be:
- Driving new business acquisition (70% self-generated pipeline)
- Managing inbound opportunities (30% HubSpot-generated leads)
- Selling consultative CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions
- Engaging senior stakeholders (Director to C-suite)
- Running full sales cycles from discovery through to close
What You’ll Be Selling
- CRM implementation and optimisation
- Marketing automation solutions
- Sales enablement platforms
- Consultancy-led digital transformation projects
Deal sizes typically range from £8k to £120k, with scope for significantly larger enterprise engagements.
Your Market
You’ll target upper mid-market and lower enterprise organisations (up to ~5,000 employees), across sectors such as:
- Tech & SaaS
- Manufacturing & Engineering
- Logistics
- Financial Services
- Events (and more)
What Success Looks Like
- £1M annual revenue target
- ~200 weekly touchpoints (calls, emails, outreach)
- Strong pipeline management using MEDDPICC methodology

- Structured sales approach (MEDDPICC or similar highly desirable)
