First Line Support Engineer - Duties

• Provide first-line technical support to customers, sales, and configuration teams
• Handle product and application queries both pre- and post-sale
• Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
• Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
• Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and technical documentation
• Support internal training and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives

 First Line Support Engineer - Skills & Experience

• Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics, IT, or computer-based systems
• Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Clear, confident, and professional communication
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
