Office Manager/ EA
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to become the operational hub of their head office. This is a varied role combining responsibility for office operations, facilities management, supplier relationships and IT coordination with executive support.
This is a broad and autonomous position where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy head office, ensuring employees have a safe, efficient and professional working environment.

Job Title: Office Manager/ EA
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Berkshire
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of a busy head office, ensuring a safe, efficient and professional working environment
- Oversee facilities management, including building maintenance, contractors, suppliers and workplace services
- Coordinate office infrastructure, IT equipment and technology providers to ensure employees have the tools and support they need
- Continuously review and improve office systems, processes and operational efficiency
- Manage office budgets, negotiate supplier contracts and monitor service performance
- Lead the onboarding of new employees, coordinating workspace setup and office inductions
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, workplace policies, fire safety and risk management procedures
- Provide Executive Assistant support to senior leadership, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and confidential administration
- Prepare reports, presentations, board papers and meeting documentation, ensuring actions are followed through
- Coordinate company meetings, events and cross-functional projects, acting as a central point of contact across the business
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth day-to-day operations
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience within office management, executive assistant or operations support
- Strong facilities management and IT services experience
- Previous responsibility managing budgets for supplier and contractor management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
- The ability to work with confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Experience improving office processes and operational efficiency
