Agile Business Analyst

We are supporting a highly successful business based in Peterborough with recruiting for a Agile Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. You will be offered a salary of up to £40k, plus hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of the organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. To be successful in this role the following skills and attributes will be utilised daily, attention to detail and accuracy used when compiling reports, communication when liaising with both the client and internal departments. Strong logical approach and analytical skills when reviewing information with the ability to identify any discrepancies and solve problems as an when they occur.

This opportunity will see you bridging the gap between stakeholders and delivery teams and will help shape the product vision, define priorities, and ensure that user-centric solutions are delivered effectively in an Agile environment.
