We're looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to own stock accuracy, supplier and 3PL relationships, and end-to-end distribution performance. This role sits at the centre of our supply chain, acting as the critical link between production, wholesale, ecom & our warehouse.
A strong candidate combines deep systems expertise (NetSuite essential) alongside a commercial mindset, identifying cost savings and efficiency gains across warehousing and distribution.

• Own end-to-end stock control, ensuring accuracy across all systems and physical locations
• Provide day-to-day oversight of 3PL warehouse operations, holding partners accountable to SLAs and KPIs
• Manage stock and supplier relationships with our 3PL provider(s), resolving discrepancies and driving continuous improvement
• Lead regular stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and audit processes
• Own forecast communication to 3PL partners, including management of annual stock takes and associated reconciliations
Systems Management (NetSuite & Zedonk)
• Act as the business lead for NetSuite, applying strong system expertise to manage inventory, purchase orders, and stock reporting
• Manage Zedonk & Netsuite in parallel through the migration period, ensuring full visibility of goods movement - with particular focus on ecommerce launches and restocks
• Ensure data integrity across systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve system processes and reporting capability
• Own HTS product classification and associated system updates (NetSuite)
Commercial planning, forecasting & cost optimisation
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand upcoming commercial activity and flag risks or changes to forecast
• Lead regular reviews of warehousing and distribution spend, identifying trends and opportunities
• Identify and implement efficiency initiatives to reduce cost-per-unit across storage, pick/pack, and outbound & inbound freight
• Benchmark 3PL and carrier costs against market rates and lead renegotiations where appropriate
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform commercial decision making
Compliance & Trade
• Act as the primary point of contact for all trade and compliance queries
• Ensure all import/export activity meets current customs, duty, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and processes to manage compliance risk
• Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities as needed
Carrier & Freight Management
• Manage relationships with new and existing carriers, negotiating rates and service levels
• Act as the main point of contact with freight forwarders, working closely with the production team on inbound shipments from third-party suppliers
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve service issues promptly
• Continuously review the carrier/forwarder network to ensure best-fit partners are in place
• Provide accurate, timely forecast updates to carrier partners to support capacity planning
