Business Analyst Manager

I am currently supporting a capital markets client of mine who are looking to bring on a Business Analyst Manager on an initial 12 month contract with scope of extensions. My client will require you to go into the London office 3/ 4 days a week with them being able to pay up to £796 per day Inside IR35. As the BA Manager you will be responsible to lead and manage a team of Business Analysts. This role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability in Business Analysis, and can apply the competency in new or complex situations. As the BA Manager you will be responsible to manage BA resource allocation and to provide oversight across all projects within the group. The role is accountable to build the capabilities of the BA team by identifying, recruiting, and retaining talent, and by mentoring and coaching BAs across technical and professional capabilities. Key Accountability's: - Requirements Management and Consulting - Partner with the Portfolio Management to understand business strategies and support resource planning activities - Participate in requirements effort estimation at the portfolio level - Forecast BA resource needs for the portfolio - Manage BA resource allocation - Govern the adherence of the BA team to the enterprise standard requirements methodology in requirements planning, analysis and documentation, requirements management and support - Ensure quality of the requirement deliverable and requirements estimates produced by the team - Resolve requirements conflicts and issues between projects as escalated by the team Leadership and Communication
