Role details

  • Title: Senior Derivatives UI Developer / Lead
  • Employer: investment bank
  • Permanent role salary £100,000- £130,000 plus bonus and pension
  • Location: London City and home working hybrid- 50/50%
  • Requirements: Java, React, UI Skills, business knowledge in derivatives/ risk and pricing

We're looking for a Software Engineer for our front office suite of application supporting trading, marketing, trade analysis and research.

You will be joining as the hands-on Senior UI Developer / Lead using React as front end and Java 21 as the primary language for back end

You will be working with other teams including Front office risk teams, trading desk, Quants, and DevOps to build state of the art front to back pricing and risk solution

Role requirements

  • Hands-on React as front end and Java 21 as the primary language for back end
  • Front end UI skills
  • Experience from working in the Derivatives/ Risk or pricing domain in investment banking, either in Front-office, or Market/Credit risk with a good understanding of risk sensitivities and f2b processes.
