This is a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised person to join a growing IT Services company as a Commercial Administrator.

As a Commercial Administrator you will provide day to day support to the commercial team, wider business and the customer base on a day to day basis. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone with a background in sales administration, customer service, or commercial operations, who is looking to further develop their career within a consultative, relationship-driven IT sales environment.

The role is integral in ensuring the smooth running of sales processes, supporting client engagement, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Commercial team members
  • Prepare and managing quotes, orders, procurement, and logistics
  • Manage opportunities and renewals within the CRM system
  • Support ongoing account management for SME customers
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients
  • Assist in the coordination of the sales process from enquiry through to delivery
  • Liaise with the Commercial Account team regarding orders, invoicing, and billing queries
  • Support the identification, follow-up and tracking of new business opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of customer reports and client communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Develop a strong understanding of the HybrIT products, services, and solutions

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales administration, commercial support, or customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good telephone manner with the ability to talk to customers
  • Experience dealing directly with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good numerical and analytical abilities
  • Experience within the IT or technology sector (desirable but not essential)
