Business Analyst Loyalty Programme - FTC

Location: Hybrid - West Midlands Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 9-12 monthsOur major hospitality client is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join their team on a 12 month FTC, supporting the development and delivery of a large-scale customer loyalty programme.The programme has already launched successfully with initial features live, and these roles will sit within a new business-as-usual (BAU) team, taking ownership of ongoing development and enhancements.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements within a loyalty programme.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and documentation.
• Support the Delivery Manager in driving roadmap progress and aligning with business objectives.

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst within digital or customer-facing programmes.
• Experience working on loyalty programmes or similar multi-partner propositions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
