Business Analyst Social Media Tech Advancement - FTC

Location: Hybrid - West Midlands Contract: Fixed Term Contract, 9-12 monthsOur major hospitality client is building a new team to support their Media function in delivering its roadmap of digital and social media initiatives. As part of this growth, they are seeking Business Analysts to join on a 9-12 month FTC.This team will work on projects in social media, media tech advancement, and BI reporting, helping to ensure innovative solutions are delivered effectively across the business.

• Collaborate with the Media team to capture requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Work across platforms including Yext, Sprinklr, and BI reporting tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to track progress and measure outcomes against the roadmap.
• Support the Delivery Manager in coordinating deliverables across multiple initiatives.

• Strong background as a Business Analyst in media, social media, or digital technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Yext, Sprinklr, and BI reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced teams delivering change.
