Communications Campaign Platform Specialist - CRM

Rate: £375 - £450 per day via Umbrella
Duration: initial 3 months with view to extend
Location: London, Paddington (Two days per week)

Our Telco client is looking for hands-on Campaign Operations Specialist with Braze platform experience to build, personalise, and deploy high-impact email campaigns using drag-and-drop tools.

Experience Needed

  • Strong hands-on experience with Braze, including building and deploying email campaigns.
  • Ability to build emails using Braze's drag-and-drop editor (no HTML required).
  • Experience creating and segmenting audiences within Braze.
  • Background in CRM, campaign operations, or marketing automation.
  • Comfortable working in a technical, detail-driven environment.
  • Experience performing QA, testing, and troubleshooting within Braze.
  • Understanding of data-driven personalisation and customer life cycle communications.
