🚨 Senior Data Engineer | London | Contract

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Data Engineer to join an AI & Data team on a long-term contract, working on a major UK Public Safety data project.

📍 London – 30 Fenchurch Street

📅 Contract until October 2027

We’re looking for strong experience across:

• Data Engineering – designing and building scalable data pipelines
• Java – strong experience preferred
• AWS – advanced experience
• Apache Kafka
• Kubernetes
• ETL / data migration / data processing
• Big Data Engineering

You’ll be working across multiple teams, helping design and optimise data solutions, improve pipeline performance and reliability, and contribute to key technical decisions.

There’s also a strong element of technical leadership and mentoring, so this would suit someone operating at Senior / Lead level who is comfortable acting as a subject matter expert.
