Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager who will be instrumental in shaping how our brand is seen, heard, and felt across global markets.
You'll design and execute sector-specific, insight-led campaigns that elevate our positioning, deepen client engagement, and drive measurable commercial impact aligned to our defined ideal client persona.
You'll play a central role in transforming our presence & brand position, taking us from a recruitment brand to a trusted, strategic partner in workforce enablement.

The Team
You'll join a high-performing, collaborative global marketing team designed for speed, impact, and creativity:
- Senior Marketing Manager - your direct manager and strategic lead.
- Design executive - translating ideas into world-class creative assets and brand execution.
- Digital & Platform Performance - ensuring data-driven optimisation across digital channels and lead funnels.
- Regional Marketing Enablement (x3) - marketing execution partners on the ground in EMEA, APAC, and the US who localise and support campaigns on the ground.
Together, this team operates as a joined-up global engine - connecting strategy, creativity, and data to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that generate demand and elevate our positioning across target sectors.
- Translate strategy into integrated multi-channel campaigns across digital, ABM, partnerships, events and thought leadership.
- Deliver measurable pipeline growth aligned to our £15m+ global lead generation objective.
- Ensure all campaigns are anchored in our 3 core pillars:
1. Truly purpose aligned
2. Client-centric in nature and design
3. Aligned to commercial business impact
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Regional Leads, sales teams and marketing peers globally to align, intelligence capture, priority align and maximise campaign impact.
- Act as the link between marketing and sales to ensure campaigns translate into meaningful client engagement.
- Communicate progress and insights clearly, creating visibility around marketing's commercial contribution.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Measure campaign effectiveness across channels and optimise for better conversion and ROI.
- Leverage digital tools, team members, analytics, and automation to strengthen targeting and performance.
- Continuously test, learn, and innovate - ensuring our marketing stays ahead of market trends.
About You
Experience:
- 4-6 years' experience in B2B digital or campaign marketing, ideally within recruitment, workforce solutions, or professional services.
- Proven track record in running multi-channel campaigns that drive tangible lead generation and brand elevation.
- Experience with automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Force24 or similar).
- Strong understanding of ABM, paid media, and partnership-led activation, leading with a purpose
