Job Title: Endpoint Management Specialist
Location: Belfast, with hybrid working (onsite 2 days per week)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: upto £45,000 per annum DOE
\n I am looking for an experienced Endpoint Management Specialist to join a growing End User Services function and support the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of a large-scale enterprise Windows environment.
\n This is a permanent hybrid opportunity based in Belfast, with the expectation of working onsite 1-2 days per week.
\n The role will suit someone with strong hands-on endpoint management experience who enjoys working across both modern and established technologies, providing technical support while helping to improve and optimise endpoint services.

What I am looking for\n

I am looking for someone with:

\n

    \n
  • Previous experience working in an endpoint management, EUC, or similar technical role within a complex enterprise environment
  • \n

  • Strong experience with endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager, and ideally Altiris
  • \n

  • Good knowledge of Windows device environments and the full device life cycle
  • \n

  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • \n

  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, proxies, Firewalls, and subnets
  • \n

  • Experience supporting project activity alongside day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • \n

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams

\n\n \nKey responsibilities\n

You will be responsible for:

    \n
  • Supporting and maintaining enterprise endpoint management platforms
  • \n

  • Managing Windows devices throughout their life cycle, including deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and retirement
  • \n

  • Acting as an escalation point for technical issues and supporting structured incident resolution
  • \n

  • Delivering software deployments, security controls, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities
  • \n

  • Supporting platform upgrades, improvements, and technical change initiatives
  • \n

  • Identifying opportunities to automate, standardise, and improve endpoint management processes
  • \n

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
  • \n

  • Developing and carrying out testing activities to support releases and changes
  • \n

  • Working closely with wider technical and service teams to meet business requirements
