Key Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and technology agreements (e.g., software, SaaS, cloud, data, and services).
• Draft and negotiate contracts across suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Manage legal and regulatory risks in line with internal policies.
• Partner with procurement, technology, and business teams.
• Support effective risk management and collaborate across legal teams.

Requirements

• 2PQE+ (in-house or private practice).
• Strong background in commercial and technology law.
• Ability to manage workload independently and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• Experience in financial services regulation (e.g., outsourcing, operational resilience).
• Background working with or advising regulated institutions.
