Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer - 24/7 Shifts (Belfast)

Located: onsite in NewtownAbbey, County Antrim

Salary: £30,000 – £32,854 (+ £4,800 Shift Allowance/annum)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT/Network Engineer to join our dynamic 24/7 Operations Centre team in Belfast. You will be part of a shift-based team supporting critical infrastructure, resolving IT/network incidents with precision, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across a wide client base.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Shift Pattern:

  • Days: 4 days on (7am–7pm), 4 days off → repeated twice
  • Nights: 4 nights on (7pm–7am), 4 nights off → repeated twice
  • Then cycle returns to days

All candidates must have experience working in a shift-based operational environment.

As a NOC Engineer, you will act as a key escalation point, monitoring and troubleshooting network and IT incidents, working within SLAs, supporting field engineers, liaising with third-party suppliers, and maintaining clear communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
