Product Lead

Location: Hybrid - Northampton (2 days onsite per week)We're hiring a Product Lead for a major organisation undertaking significant transformation. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape strategy, drive delivery, and lead teams in building products and services that make a real impact.

As a Product Lead, you'll oversee the strategy and delivery of key initiatives, working at the intersection of business, technology, and data. You'll guide a team of product and business analysts, ensuring the roadmap reflects business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.You'll also play a role in identifying where data and emerging technologies (including AI) can add value - from improving customer journeys to enabling smarter business decisions.You will:

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 product team members .
• Define and deliver product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable delivery plans.
• Manage and prioritise product backlogs.
• Champion product discovery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and analytics functions.
• Support recruitment and the growth of high-performing product teams.

We're looking for a leader who combines product management expertise with delivery focus. You'll be confident operating at senior level while staying close to the detail of delivery.You'll bring:

• Experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in agile / SAFe delivery environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.
• Strategic thinking with a delivery-first mindset.
• Interest in data and technology trends, and how they can drive transformation (data or AI experience a plus, but not essential).
